Black Canyon City Property Management is the I-17 corridor practice of Barré Properties, a division of Barré & Company Realty LLC. We are a third-generation, family-run brokerage with an office in Scottsdale and roots in the Verde Valley up the same freeway: the family built a property management business in Los Angeles before relocating to Arizona in 2020.
